Breakfast Popcorn Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 cups SkinnyPop original popcorn
  • 2 cups Schnucks deluxe mixed nuts
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup pitted and chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients and spread in an even layer on prepared sheet pan. Bake, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes, until crispy, about 45 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Let cool completely on sheet pan before breaking into pieces and serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature up to 7 days.
