Ingredients
- 6 1/2 cups SkinnyPop original popcorn
- 2 cups Schnucks deluxe mixed nuts
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup pitted and chopped dates
- 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. Schnucks cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients and spread in an even layer on prepared sheet pan. Bake, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes, until crispy, about 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Let cool completely on sheet pan before breaking into pieces and serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature up to 7 days.
