Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks canola oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Let stand 10 minutes. Preheat a waffle iron coated with cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into waffle iron; cook until golden brown and crispy, about 90 seconds. Cut waffles into 4 sticks and serve with peanut butter dip.
Prep Ahead
Cook waffles according to package directions and let cool before freezing in a zip-top bag, whole or in sticks, for up to 2 months. Reheat in toaster oven for 1 minute.
