Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup Schnucks sour cream
- 1 stick Schnucks butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup Schnucks shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8.5 oz.) box cornbread mix
- 1-2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and chopped, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a greased 8x8" baking dish. Cook until set and golden brown, about 45 minutes.
