Jalapeño Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup Schnucks sour cream
  • 1 stick Schnucks butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8.5 oz.) box cornbread mix
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and chopped, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a greased 8x8" baking dish. Cook until set and golden brown, about 45 minutes.
