Ingredients

  • 4 slices Schnucks Pane Italiano Bread
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, seeded & mashed
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz. Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 leaves butter lettuce
  • 6 Schnucks sodium-free bread and butter pickle chips

Instructions

  1. Stir the avocado and Greek yogurt together; season with salt and pepper (if desired). Spread mixture onto slices of bread.
  2. Divide remaining ingredients onto two pieces of bread, top with remaining bread and cut in half.
