Mustard and Ale Marinated London Broil
This marinade combines the tangy, savory flavors of mustard and ale to create a unique and delicious profile for the London broil cut of beef. The mustard brings a zesty and slightly spicy kick, while the ale adds a rich and malty undertone that complements the beef.
