Sheet Pan Tilapia and Asparagus
This sheet pan meal is packed with fresh, herby flavor. With just a few ingredients, like tilapia, asparagus, lemon, butter and spices, you’ll have a nutritious and wholesome meal.

Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets, patted dry
- 1 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 lemon, juiced (about 2 tbsp. juice)
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
- 4 tbsp. Schnucks salted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler with a rack in middle position. Line a large sheet pan with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Arrange fish on one half of the pan and asparagus on the other.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder and melted butter. Drizzle over fish and asparagus.
- Bake, tossing asparagus once, until fish’s internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, 6–8 minutes. Garnish with parsley and, if desired, serve with lemon wedges.
