Tomato-Mozzarella Kabobs

Ingredients

Kabobs

  • 12 bamboo skewers
  • 12 oz. Savorries tomatoes, washed
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls, drained, or mozzarella cubes
  • 9 oz. mini cucumbers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 cups 1-inch cubes French bread

Yogurt Ranch Dip

  • 1 pkg. Schnucks Ranch mix
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Thread a tomato, mozzarella pearl, cucumber slice and bread cube onto each skewer. Repeat until all skewers are full. Add to lunch box with side of yogurt ranch dip (if using).
